We went in to RTG in the Greenville, SC store to buy furniture for our new home in Tennessee. We had an overwhelming job of picking out the right styles and furnishings fir the whole house...we were greeted by Jacob as soon as we entered, and he said he was there to help if we needed him, but then just gave us the freedom to walk around and just look at what might work for us. He was not at all pushy, and when we were ready we summoned him to help us! We so appreciated that! He was very knowledgeable on all the products and was able to answer all our questions , direct us to certain furniture that we might like with our decor, and we spent over 2 hours with him. We choose some things but we came back the next day to make changes...it was not a problem at all for him. We came back again a 3rd day and he was so willing and patient to make more changes! We've never had a salesman like him! He was "no pressure, take your time, I'm here to help" and was mindful of our budget...we are so grateful we were able to get him and work with him on so many details, including financing, delivery and whatever else we needed. We felt we could trust him! He is a 10+ representative of RTG, and we will be using him for all our future furniture needs! We also feel like we have made a trusted new friend! Thank you Jacob!
