Craig assisted my friend who waa furnishing a new apartment in independent living. He was patient & listened to what she liked. He didnt pressure her but gave her many options. They have many choices & options of fabric & style. I was there to help my friend, but I noticed they had some beautiful pieces with the crystal fireplaces. Craig went out of his way to explain the different options, cabinetry, features, to me. I fou d the perfect one & bought it! I m so happy with my purchase & tge low pressure, helful way in which Craig treated us both. It was an enjoyable experience & we picked out the perfect pieces.

Today I went there with a friend to pick out furniture. The sales associate, commented on my body and said I was pregnant. I am not. Comments about a customer's body are inappropriate and can be very hurtful. I left feeling embarrassed and deeply hurt, and will not be returning. Body shaming is not okay. I hope the store provides additional training so that no other customer has a similar experience.
