The store is great, Abby is an office assistant or manager. She went above & beyond to help up us after the excellent customer service by Mike went into the toilet. Mike was able to find a part that I could buy to replace myself since the love seat recliner release plastic handle broke and was past the 1 yr warranty. Unfortunately I missed his call & when I tried to order it online gave funky errors. Then called CS back & two ladies couldn't figure out what was the issue. And sent me to the local store which was in another city. Abby figured it out eventho not her job! 1st CS was dog snot! Except Mike & Abby. Mike found part# & Abby found out there was a 3 day timer on the order which caused the ordering issues. The CS reps failed to see this & failed to create a new order son we could pay. Their laziness and not taking ownership of the issue is what pisses me OFF! Plus crappy quality of parts, but everything is made in CCP now so all sucks equally. Mike CS & Abby store assistant office manager did AWESOME!
