Bought a entertainment center with 42 inch fireplace waited two weeks for delivery, only for delivery to show up and all the glass in the doors was shattered, told delivery guys to take it back,got call from customer care who said no problem will have a new one delivered on April 2, I didn't realize the 2nd was a week away. Got ahold of customer care again and tried getting sooner delivery only to be told sorry thursday the 2nd is the soonest. Funny how they had no problem taking my 2100.00 and making me wait two weeks, having me make sure everything was out of their way for delivery and then they screw up and it's like tough deal with it. So now here we sit with no entertainment center or tv in our living room for a week, would not recommend them to anyone go somewhere else. Almost all low ratings are over delivery issues BTW.
