Terry was our sales person we had to furnish a whole house and he was nothing but helpful!! Had to return a few things and they were nothing but helpful in this process. Everything went very smoothly!

Not happy with the Cindy Crawford furniture. While it was comfortable, The wear showed in the first year. Easily stained. The threading of the cushions came out and of course wasn't covered by the warranty. Cleaning it does not make it look better. The guardian warranty is a complete waste of money. The coverage is so narrow. I had a marker stain but they said my warranty only covers red ball point pen ink. Unsure how I'd even know if the mark was made by such a pen. Costco furniture is far superior. I paid for their extra protection coating as well and it did nothing. Every year I professionally steam clean it to help it stay new looking. But In a couple years I can't wait to trash it.
