I went to Rooms to Go looking for a chair that would give me the support and comfort I need for my neck and back! Michelle greeted us as we came in. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to the chairs and left me alone to sit and look. After I found a chair with lumbar and adjustable neck support, I got Michelle.
