Francis was absolutely fabulous! Looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress and pillows!!

Had a great experience with Francis! I told him my budget and he helped me stay within that with no pressure. He was patient and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. He’s got a great personality and he’s actually very funny and made it a great time. . I love my couch and new bed! Thanks Francis the furniture guy!

Disappointed... I went looking for a new recliner. The salesperson who met me when I came in the door seemed disinterested at best. Maybe she formed an opinion based upon my attire. I had just left work, so I was in my work drab and was wearing an old hoodie. After she made me wander the store on my own she caught up to me. I had found two chairs I liked. I asked her questions. She gave short, vague answers and seemed to genuinely not care whether she sold a chair to me or not. I left the store disappointed. The good news is that I went two doors down to Price Point furniture and had a great experience. I spent $300 more than I would have spent at RTG. Why? Because they wanted my business.
