I purchased a Spider Man lamp for my son as a surprise gift at the beginning of November. They emailed and stated I can come pick the item up on 11/26 ( day before Thanksgiving). Well naturally it’s the day before with family in town and getting things ready I chose to go the day after Thanksgiving ( 11/28). On Thanksgiving I received an email stating I have until 11/29 to pick the item up or it would be placed back into stock. I go on 11/28 ( Friday) at 10:00am sharp and the lady behind the counter tells me that my item is no longer available because I didn’t pick it up on Wednesday. I show her the email that I received stating it says the 29th and she basically says that’s my problem and I need to email the rooms to go person that emailed me and tell them to reship it. I don’t understand how is that possible? One day it’s already gone ( not to mention that day was Thanksgiving and they were closed) . So, if you’re looking to pick anything up from the Rooms To Go warehouse in Lebanon, TN I would strongly advise to take a pass and spend your money elsewhere.
