Kenny was perfect and helped us all the way the through the process
We had the best experience with Eric K.! He helped us piece together what we needed over the course of 4 months leading up to the purchase of our new home. We bought a sectional couch a little over a year ago. All the usb ports stopped working. Since we had the 3 year warranty, the item was discontinued and they could not get parts, they let us come into the store a pick a replacement. It went without a hitch and we found what we wanted and even liked it better.
