My husband and I are building our dream home in FL. Moving from TN to FL, we decided to sell all of our current furniture and buy all new. I was reluctant to use Rooms To Go again due to issues I’ve had with them in the past. But after spending hours looking online Rooms To Go was the only place I could find EVERYTHING we needed and that I liked! After shopping online and saving many pieces from RTG Kids, RTG main store and RTG Patio we set off to the Murfreesboro showroom to look at everything in person. We were greeted by Glynn Taylor. I told him my negative experience with RTG in the past and he assured me he would take very good care of us. I showed him all of my saved items. He took us around to look at all that was on the showroom floor. He was patient, kind and listened to me. He had a great sense of humor too that both my husband and I I appreciated! After deciding on everything, he made the buying process very easy. I was not expecting it to be so easy to purchase in TN and have it held until we close on our home in FL, but it was! Delivery scheduled for after our closing date to come from the local FL warehouse! I highly recommend Glynn Taylor! He was the best I’ve EVER worked with at RTG!
