I ordered multiple times from this place. I recently ordered a two piece living room set to complete my already set. The ordering was easy and the sales woman was wonderful during this time. No issues. The issues happened when I received my order and one of the pieces was wrong. A different color and had marble. When I called the store and spoke to the saleswomen. She lied and told me I ordered this set. I did not. Why would I order a piece different from the rest of my pieces from the same set? The saleswomen did not back down. Made it seem like I misunderstood her or got mixed up. I did not. I did not one piece to have marble when the others didn’t. I would have never agreed to that. and when I asked to speak to a manger things didn’t get better. The manager stood by her employees word. And I respect that you have a protection over your workers but I just wanted to be heard and not told that I was in the wrong. I don’t believe in that the customer is always right but I do believe in listening when a customer is clearly upset. This conversation was so cruel. I believe in contacting the customer when there is an issue. I was supposed to receive a call no later than Tuesday ( it is now Thursday) and almost a week since our call and NO update: no email. No nothing. I love rooms to go but I would avoid going to this location. I understand mix ups happen. I understand mistakes happen but never was I disrespectful towards any of them. They did not try to listen to me. Always interrupted me and went back to their original statement. I felt like I was being gaslit. I felt stupid and I cried because I was so frustrated. I had a party the following day and I was so excited to show my complete living room set. The movers were wonderful and kind. I included side by side to see that the marble one is a shade lighter than the other two. (Granted it could be a defect, but I ordered the solid wood piece) I did not want the marble one due to the others not having any marble. There was an option for all sandwood. The sales women said that was not an option and I ordered the marble. She stood ten toes down on this and did not back down. This conversation never happened. I tried to explain so many times but she kept going back to “no ma’am this what you ordered)But in the website and on their display paper there was an Option for an all sandstone piece, no marble.
