When buy a couch off the floor “as is,” you don’t expect there to be a terribly repaired hole in it. You also don’t expect them to have the couch strategically placed so that you can’t properly inspect the couch before purchasing. When they finally agree to attempt to repair it after multiple calls, reviews and emailing the president, you expect them to actually attempt a repair. When the repair guy comes and tells you “you don’t want this repaired, I’m gonna get you a new couch. I do this all day every day, don’t worry about it!” You expect them to honor their word. Wrong. They won’t. They are scammers. They won’t tell you about the botched repair. They will not right their wrongs. They’ll happily take your money and tell you to kick rocks when you would have easily spent more on a new/different couch had the “repair” been properly disclosed. BEWARE! Spend your money elsewhere.

This place sold me a floor model sofa that has a tear and shoddy repair on it. In dim light (like where they had it placed) you can’t see it very well. When the light is on it, it looks terrible. My 5 year old could have done a better job. They had the sofa strategically placed with the back against the wall so that I couldn’t see the “repair.” When I noticed it, I called the store and basically told to kick rocks because it was a floor model. I understand it is a floor model, a couple scuffs or scrapes, no big deal. Even if it had a proper repair, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. I just wished they disclosed it before we bought it, we would have gone with the other (more expensive) couch we were looking at and would have been happy customers. I will NEVER buy anything from here again. Might as well be Ashley furniture. Insane. Edit: this place is a scam. They told me they would send out a tech that would attempt to repair it. I took a day off of work for it. The tech gets there and tells me “oh you don’t want this repaired, I’m gonna get you a new couch! You just got this, right? Yeah, I’m gonna get you a new couch. Don’t worry about it.” He was there for a total of 2 minutes and didn’t even consider repairing it. Fast forward to today, they’re not going to repair it. They basically sold me a couch with a hole in it without disclosing it and told me kick rocks. Steer clear of this place at all cost

Very seamless experience here at rooms Togo Willow brook, Kenneth and Bryan made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end!
