Deborah went above and beyond helping my mom and I pick a new sofa out for our family room! She went into depth with us on size, how it would fit in the room, color, everything! You can tell she loves her job and helping her customers. Would recommend Deborah to anyone who needs assistance at rooms to go McAllen!
Bought $8000 worth of furniture treated very badly after I got my merchandise by the shippers when I went to the store the manager George who was very poorly trained could not deal with the situation aside from asking me to leave and called the police. I just bought $8000 worth of furniture and this is how this company cares about the customers. I had the worst experience of my life the entire company up to corporate level does not care I tried calling corporate and placing a complaint all they could do is take the information no one was to call me back they were going to keep it internally is what I was told. Please do not buy anything from this company they will lie and try to be nice about the process once you pay your nothing worst company I have seen. Please don't reply with your automatic replies trying to want to hear from me now your chance is gone.
