Got treated very nice was very kind. Spoke to very well. Helped me with everything that I wanted and helped me with my finance and would go back and get more stuff. Five star review for me.

Had warranty called them to fix it they came the 1 time the tech made it worse and 2nd tech told me they will need to replace it but received a call from corporate telling me they will not fix it or replace it so i had to sew it my self and nail it back to gather and im still pay it for it btw don’t buy the warranty please its wast of money

5 stars. We purchased a new couch. Our salesman, Aaron, was very helpful but not overly attentive as we walked the store finalizing our decision. The store/showroom is very spacious, logically organized, and clean. I would recommend prioritizing this Rooms To Go location over others, and similar competitors based on the recent experience.
