Sales person was super nice in person. But other than that, the customer service was horrible when Rooms to Go made a mistake. I bought a bed frame. It took almost a week to get to me and it came damaged (hole on the side of the fabric bedding). Not only was I told it would take another week to get another headboard, they didn’t offer anything to fix this mistake (getting the bed earlier, a discount of the price, or something free like a box spring). I never dealt with the manager until the end of the call. When I was transferred from customer service to this store for the return, I was initially talking to sales an associate. I told her I wanted a return. She went and spoke with her manager who said I can come in and choose something else of my choosing. I explained I wasn’t interested as it would take another week. When she came back from talking with her mama her again, I brought up adding in a box spring for free and was told she couldn’t authorize that, that I would have to wait to speak with the sales associate who sold me the bed the next day. I asked to speak to the manager as this seemed as though it was something they could authorize. The manager at this store clearly didn’t want to speak to me and when I did I was told that the young lady I spoke with had already told me they couldn’t offer a box spring for free. I was made to feel as though I was unreasonable in my frustration in the situation or my requests. Crazy how Rooms to Go made a mistake and offered nothing to fix it other than getting a new headboard 2 weeks after I made the initial purchase. Won’t ever buy anything from any Rooms to Go again.

We had a great experience at this store. Our sales rep, Doug, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and worked to ensure we got everything we needed. Definitely would recommend!
