I spent over $10,000 at Rooms To Go and honestly feel completely ripped off. After just ONE year, my sectional is already falling apart — the recliners are broken and don’t even work anymore. This isn’t cheap furniture, and there’s no excuse for it to fail this fast. What’s even worse is the way they handled it. I reached out for help and was basically told to either ship the sofa to China to fix it (which is absurd) or throw it in the trash. That’s their “solution” after taking ten thousand dollars from a customer. No accountability. No real help. Just excuses. I’m now stuck with broken furniture that cost a fortune, and a company that clearly doesn’t stand behind what they sell. This has been beyond frustrating — it’s infuriating. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Rooms To Go.
I brought my godmother into Rooms To Go today to shop for a living room set and dining table, and we had the absolute best experience with Hisham Mahmoud. I’m huge on customer service, and his approach really stood out. He was sincere, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all—which is rare. He took the time to answer our questions, gave us space to look, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. You can tell he truly cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Because of him, what could have been a stressful shopping trip turned into a great experience. If you go to Rooms To Go, definitely ask for Hisham—you won’t be disappointed!
