I had a terrible experience with RoomsToGo. We spent around $7,000 on a sectional couch and dining table. After completing the financing process and a hard credit pull, the salesperson told us that one part of the couch wouldn’t be available until November, something that should’ve been mentioned upfront. On delivery day, the team handled the furniture very poorly. They dragged the couch on the road and refused to remove their shoes, even after I explained that we have a baby and expensive floor mats. Customer service was rude and said it’s against their policy to remove shoes or wear booties, which is absurd. The right-side seat arrived damaged (likely from being dragged), and the delivery crew left my new cream-colored couch covered in black marks and fingerprints. They refused to clean it, so I had to do it myself. To make things worse, they delivered the wrong dining bench, shorter and in a different color and only later admitted that the correct one wasn’t in stock. They told me to keep the wrong one until the actual item was delivered. Even the replacement delivery was just as careless. Overall, this was one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had, poor communication, careless delivery, and zero accountability. I’ll never buy from RoomsToGo again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Amazing experience. We had originally purchased a couch at Living spaces but after about 30 days of waiting patiently for our couch it was delayed another 60 days. So we finally got refunded and went shopping straight away after not having a couch in our new home for almost a month and a half. We spoke with Douglas and he helped direct us to exactly what we were looking for straight away! He even made sure the ones we were most interested in were in stock and available as soon as possible so we wouldn’t have to wait any grueling amount of time! Definitely recommended worth the money in my opinion and we got a bigger couch with the same warranty included rather than having to pay for it separately and lifetime supply of cleaner for the couch. I recommend spending the money here. Definitely speak to Douglas he knows his stuff and will make sure that they have what you’re looking for in the time frame you’re looking to get it!!

Wonderful customer service very knowledgeable about furniture and mattress. We will come back to buy all future purchases from him. Thank you for your help
