Let me start with Kent… he is an amazing person, good listener and very accommodated sales person. He understood all our needs. He is very knowledgeable and we were able to get what we were looking for and more. Rooms to Go helps with its good prices. But who did the good job was Kent. My daughter and I appreciate him very much!

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN So they reach out to you here after leaving a poor reviews replying that they care and to email the “tell us” email- they do NOT care. I have already emailed them countless times and never received a single response. Nor have I received my dining table set that we spent $$ on, even though it was promised to be delivered twice already. And after waiting 10 hours for it over two promised delivery days, it has yet to arrive. They say I am unable to get a refund bc the "account is locked". I was told "once the furniture has been delivered you may speak about further compensation". So the furniture is MIA and seemingly unable to be delivered, but I can't talk about a refund until after it's been delivered… Where is my furniture in the picture? Lindsay will let you know

For your own sake, please don’t make the mistake I did by purchasing from rooms to go. Choose wayfair or a department store - literally anywhere else would be better. I was told by customer service there was nothing they could do. And when I asked to speak to someone higher up I was told “they refuse to speak with customers”. Any email sent to an officer of the company just gets forwarded back to the general customer service team. The pic should tell you all you need to know. Also, I've emailed the "tell us" email three times. Never heard back.
