I bought a sofa from here. My salesperson’s name was Omar Basic. Before purchasing, I confirmed with him whether I could exchange it if I didn’t like it, and he said yes you can not return but can exchange it. Now, I want to exchange one piece of this couch for another, as that one is very big for my area, but no one is helping me. They told me they can't do anything about it. As this is not their promlem anymore. I will never recommend this branch. The Colony branch is much more flexible, and their managers are better. Never fall for their words. I wish I could give them zero stars

Kent was amazing. He helped my partner and I find the perfect couch. He didn’t make us feel pressured like the typical salesman and he didn’t give us any nonsense about the prices. Most importantly he made my partner and I feel welcomed and respected during the shopping experience. I’ll be sending all my friends to Kent.
