I purchased 2 accent chairs, a queen bed and 3 counter top chairs from Room’s to go. I Love the furniture, the delivery and the cleanliness of the delivery, however, I called in with an issue with my accent chair and I was told they will send out the replacement cushion as soon as possible. A month later I called in again looking for answers. Not one phone call or email detailing the replacement ETA. I was assured it was coming. I wrote a bad review then received a phone call from the company giving excuses why the cushion was not in yet and assured me that they will contact me with updates. 🤨Going on 4 months now, I haven’t been called or sent an email on my replacement cushion. It’s a shame, because I would of given a 5 star ⭐️ review if they would of contacted and kept me posted on replacement cushion no matter how late it was going to be. That’s all I ask for, communication and the 5 star ⭐️ would have been applied. The lack of customer service, ruined everyone else’s great work. Sad 🙁

I came in today looking to buy a living room set. Wasn’t greeted at the door, I walked around aimlessly waiting for my dad to call so he could help me decide on which living room set that I wanted. While walking around in the kids section I was approached by a sales associate named Bonnie, who asked me if I needed help at the time I didn’t. After getting in contact with my father, I walked back up to the living room sets and for maybe 15 minutes I tried to make a decision on the couch. After finally making my decision, I’m looking around for sales associates and no one seemed interested in helping me. I really would love to say that this was because I looked young and maybe the idea was I probably wasn’t going to buy anything. I would hate for the reason behind no one speaking to me was because I am a person of color. My dad even made multiple comments on why no one had came up to help. I was going to just buy the couch and chair that I decided on online, but I will go back either Tuesday or Wednesday of this week to see if Bonnie is available so she can get commission on my sale.
