Damaged sofa
The sofa arrived scratched. The delivery person took pictures and reported it to the office. She stated we were going to get a call back and re-schedule for a new delivery (and pick up of the damaged one). Sorry to say we never heard back from you. The sofa may be a ten but RTG gets an F for bad customer service.
