Outdoor couch with two club chairs. On delivery, first chair had damage on teak wood armrest. RTG called us minutes after delivery to make sure we were happy, and they delivered new chair 5 days later to replace it. A few minutes after leaving, realized the new chair had a broken leveler on the chair leg. Called customer service, and RTG again replaced 4 days later, no questions asked. Otherwise, pieces are well made, look beautiful on Lanaii. Our first purchase from RTG- excellent customer service, and we would never hesitate to buy from them again.
