Ginny introduced herself as I walked into the Hoover, AL store location. The store layout was beautiful and spacious but not overwhelming. The environment was peaceful and easy to see everything. Ginny was a wonderful help, very knowledgeable and pleasant conversation. Prices were very reasonable as I am on a very tight budget. It was the first time buying my own bedroom set and .was apprehensive shopping solo. The moment Ginny said, Hello, I was no longer apprehensive and felt at ease, no pressure. It was like shopping with a friend and a wonderful experience. She adjusted everything to get me in a good price range with a manageable monthly payment. I will definitely be here for more furniture needs. Thank you Ginny & RTG for one of the best shopping experiences ever.
