Rooms To Go truck blocking traffic on Old Rail Road Bed, unloading furniture in the middle of the road to carry down a driveway because apparently they can't back the truck in!

***Update*** 6/16: This is our third delivery and they still did not bring all the pieces to the bed. Again BEWARE; buy your furniture from somewhere else. This is the worst experience I have ever had from an organization. The disorganization is mind boggling! Get it together, your customers buy from you at least you could get it right when you deliver it. People take off work to get it delivered in the window scheduled, what a waste of money and time. This company is quick to sale you whatever you would like, however when the items are delivered and put together the workers don't read the instructions (they throw them away), strip screws, damage the furniture, and treat you like you are stupid stupid when you question them. Then you have to call customer service 3 times to get replacements delivered. When the replacement is sent they don't bring all the pieces and you have to call customer service again to get the rest of it delivered on a separate date. Horrible service! I will never buy from this org again. Once was enough for me! and be prepared to jump through hoops to get a refund due to their incompetence, BEWARE!!!!!!! (Please note the second delivery drivers where polite and understanding, however we opt'ed to but the base of the bed together ourselves, while we wait for the rest of the pieces to arrive for my daughters princess carriage bed)
