The sales associate was very polite and helpful. She offered great suggestions and was very patient.

My wife and I worked with Ray. He was very knowledgeable and fun to spend 2.5 hours with. We practically walked every inch of the showroom floor…maybe twice! Nevertheless, he was able to satisfy us with an incredible new living room and bedroom suit, along with a top of the line helix mattress and bedding. It was the best shopping experience I can remember in years!

I was scheduled for mattress delivery today, and it was a mess. The delivery team was completely unresponsive, and their tracked location was nowhere near where they said they were. All I got was one voicemail and a number that went unanswered. When I called customer service to reach the driver or get any answers, they didn’t want to put a note it on my account and that the soonest they could resolve it was 8 days from now. That means 8 more days without a bed for a purchase I've already paid for. If something goes wrong with your delivery and you want to talk to an actual person, you're out of luck. You're on your own.
