3 stars instead of 0 because the sales person was amazing. I set everything aside for my delivery date and time slot. Understanding that sometimes things happen, 2 hours after my expected eta for delivery I get a call saying there was a disruption in the delivery and trying to work on rerouting. Now who knows when delivery will happen. We have a truck, I could easily have picked up the damn mattress from the store but it had to be ordered. Disappointed to say the least.

The personnel at rooms to go in Huntsville are awesome. We went in on Sunday to check the details of a previous order and to get 2 nightstands added to the order and Julie did an awesome job of letting us know all of the details. She was willing to give the sale to the previous salesperson, but we wanted her to get the credit for the help she gave us. Julie was so thorough and kind as well as helpful.
