Great delivery experience. I was able to adjust my delivery dates easily online. Their automated system called to confirm delivery date and time a week prior and stated they would call again 3 days before delivery to give a 3 hour window delivery timeframe. Like clockwork they called three days before delivery to confirm the 3 hour window timeframe. The day of delivery a text was sent with a hyperlink, so I was able to check to see what number stop that I was and what stop the delivery team was on. The link also provided me with a better estimate of what time they would be at my stop. The only complaint that I have is, it isn’t super accurate. I say that because, I was stop number 6 and as I was checking what stop they were on, it went from they were at stop 4 to me getting a text a few minutes later stating they would be at my house in 7 minutes. Not sure if stop 5 cancelled, that could be the case. The delivery team arrived in about 7 minutes. They brought the furniture in, assembled everything, placed it where I wanted it, removed all packaging and left. They were both very polite and respectful.
