She helped us choose our king-size bed and our couch, and I can honestly say her patience deserves five stars all on its own! 😂 My wife started to get frustrated because we just couldn’t find exactly what we liked, but Kimberly never made us feel rushed or pressured. She stayed patient, professional, and upbeat the entire time, while also keeping the experience fun and enjoyable. She listened to what we wanted, kept showing us different options, and didn’t give up until we found pieces we were truly happy with. That kind of customer service makes such a difference, especially when you’re making big purchases for your home. One thing that we actually loved about her amazing customer service skills is that she gives you her card and guess what: SHE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!
