Nicole did a fantastic job
The people inside of the store are nice but do NOT work with Acima. I purchased a mattress and I wanted to do a reselect because the mattress wasn’t the best quality. I was advised they would pause the payments and I told her not to worry about it and I would pay. She said they will be paused anyway. I said ok. I received the new mattress and couple months later I already started falling into a dip. I let them know and they said I had to keep it another 40 something days due to their policy to break the mattress in. I didn’t like that but I said ok whatever and I called them about two months later and let them know the mattress is dipping really bad and I’m not a big girl. They sent a team out to check it and it was In fact a faulty mattress and ask me to come in to do ANOTHER selection. I told them to just keep the mattress and the money and they told me they could not and I would have to select another and continue paying the rest. I didn’t argue I said ok and came on my day off to select another mattress. Mind you I already purchased a different mattress from a different company that is sleeping great by the way. While this is happening my payments per Acima inside of this Rooms2Go were supposed to be paused. There was barely 100 dollars due at this point. Fast forward I received my replacement August 8th and it’s August 17th and I paid 105 on the account the other day after it was delivered to pay it off. I open my bank account and they CHARGED ME OVER 300 DOLLARS IS LATE FEES WHEN THE ACCOUNT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PAUSED! The manager is never available when I ask to speak with her. I put my own account on a payment plan until I was able to speak with her because she hasn’t been available when I call and the workers there always just says ok no worries but YES there are worries! THEY ARE LITERALLY RACKING UP LATE FEES FOR ME TO PAY!!! Every time I make a payment and I come back it’s way more than what I owed! Now I caught on and actually see what’s going on. They never had the account paused and have been just taking money and I have so may bills I haven’t realized it until now!
