⭐ 1-Star Review I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rooms To Go. I purchased over $4,000 worth of furniture, including a bed, two nightstands, and a living room console. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating from beginning to end. The console alone cost approximately $2,800, and when it was delivered, it was damaged in several areas. I contacted customer service, and they scheduled a replacement. Unfortunately, the second console arrived damaged as well. I contacted them again, scheduled a third delivery, and unbelievably, the third console was also damaged — and the damage was even more extensive than the previous two. At that point, after receiving the exact same product three times and having issues every single time, I decided to keep the damaged console rather than continue going through the delivery and replacement process. I asked Rooms To Go for a reasonable price adjustment given the condition of the furniture. Their final offer? $300 off a $2,800 piece of furniture. Even more disappointing, I was told that by accepting the damaged product and the $300 adjustment, the warranty on the product would be voided. I asked if they could do better, but this was the best they were willing to offer. I do want to be fair and say that the customer service representatives I spoke with were pleasant and the delivery drivers were also courteous and professional. My issue is clearly bigger than the individual employees I dealt with. The real problem is quality control. How does the same piece of furniture get delivered three separate times, with damage each time, and somehow the damage gets worse with every replacement? That is unacceptable for a company selling furniture at these prices. For a nearly $2,800 console, I expected quality furniture — not something that arrives damaged three times in a row and leaves the customer feeling like they have to settle for a damaged product. Rooms To Go needs to do better. The quality control process clearly needs significant improvement, and the company should stand behind the products it sells rather than leaving customers to absorb the consequences of repeated manufacturing or handling issues. After spending over $4,000, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Rooms To Go based on mine.

I went in to buy a platform for my bed...Devon Lisenby helped me out. She was knowledgeable, friendly and personable. If i could give her 10 stars i would. When i do come back, i look forward to working with her again...

Unfortunately, I have to change my review to one star, they delivered the wrong color to my parents recliner and when I called to informed I was told it was a color “perception” when the order clearly stated the color was NOT the brown one… a manager was suppose to call me and no one called…. Very disappointed!!!
