Helped me make the best choice and followed through until the end, including a little snag taking care of a part that needed fixing to make sure my experience would be the best it could be. She was also generously gracious navigating through complex timelines and moving parts on my end so very patiently and kindly. I would go back in a heartbeat, greatly thanks to her.

This was one of the best furniture-shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I’m usually very particular and tend to pre-select items from multiple stores before committing to anything. Today was no different—after visiting several places, Rooms To Go was my final stop, and I’m so glad it was. Mrs. Debbie greeted my mother and me with the warmest smile, even though we arrived close to closing time. She listened to my likes, dislikes, and the vision I had for my new apartment, and within minutes she seemed to know exactly what I needed.
