Alexia was great. Very helpful and extremely patient. We purchased a living room sofa, love seat and chair. Alexis was able find an amazing rug that will bring our room together. She helped us with finance options and delivery. Nice quality furniture and the price fits our budget. Update. We were told to return to pickup the rug 4 days later. It was to be vacuumed and removed from the showroom floor. When we arrived at the scheduled time the rug that we had already paid for was still in the showroom. I was told there must have been miss communication. I did not purchase that rug and if I had the time to continue shopping for furniture I would have canceled the entire order. Very disappointed in sales manager and service representative for not trying to make this right.
