Well now that the service is completed it is time to share my story in hopes that it will help the next family when the choose the best place to by their furniture. Buckle up buttercup because this will be a long one!!! So about a year ago I purchased a set from my local rooms to go at a decent price. I walked the sales rep around that store for about an hour with my tape measure in hand. She was there during the whole journey and didnt bat an eye due too the amount of laps we did around the store that day. After everything was said and done we ended up picking out the perfect set for the house and it was delivered promptly on the exact day and time I was told it would happen. So unfortunately later that year the sofa we got, had recliners built in and the started to bend and warp when the chairs were opened and closed. So since we bought the guard it with our purchase. Which I do recommend getting. All it was was a simple phone call and they sent a tech to our house. Now unfortunately when we made the initial call we stated 2 of the chairs were messing up but they only sent one part for replacement. Regardless when the tech got there he did his due diligence fixed what he could and also went above and beyond to add more stuffing to the back of the chair. Because it was starting to loose support. There was no charge for the service and no additional charge for the extra care given to us by the tech that day which was awsome. Before he left he did state that he will get with the home office and make sure they send us out the other repair unit and he will be back out once it arrives. Now this is where it starts to turn bleak. So a few months go by, and I didnt hear anything so I reached out to corpate and again the stated they will look into it and will send it out soon. So I waited a few more months and still heard nothing back so finally I got tired of waiting and called back again. When I called back I got connected with Alisha and told what happened and she did everything she could to help me. She stated she had to get with her supervisor to approve the reselection and would let me know by the morning. Unfortunately my spam blocker blocked there phone call but after an additional phone call to Mandy at home office she told me that everything was good to go and just go to the local store and they will get u fixed up. So we venture into the local store on a Sunday and we were greeted by Dave and we told him the past history and what we were there for and as in the past we started making laps around the store with my tape measure in hand. Finally we made our choice and started getting down to the numbers. Now im not going to get in to specific numbers, but I assure you the team at this store go above and beyond to work with you. Due to my situation the store manager Mrs Julie got involved and she and Dave helped me navigate the miscommunication from the home office. Since that happened bwteen corpate and the store. Unfortunately it pushed the resection to the following day. Now we are in the home stretch stay with me lol. After an additional phone call to corporate I spoke with Kimberly and got her up to speed and she stated she would look into it and I should have an anwser by the end of the following day. Sure enough 3 hrs later I got a call from corporate, Dave and now Shannon stating that everyone is now on the same page and I can come in to finalize my selection. When I was on the phone with Dave I asked when his day was done and he stated he was leaving at 6pm that day. I said unfortunately thats when I get off work too. When hearing this information he stated he would stay late to make sure this got taken care of. Finally when I arrived I met with Dave and he had everything ready for me. When I arrived Mrs Julie left a meeting to make sure I was taken care of. And Finally Mrs Shannon handle the finance part of things. So now that I sit here on Christmas eve in my brand new chair that Mr Torres and his team did an amazing job installing today. I am thankfull that I chose this store in the first place.

Had another wonderful experience at Rooms To Go in Jensen Beach. Lee was very helpful and found us everything we were looking for. I will definitely be returning.

I purchased a king mattress from Grace Basa Mayer, Grace was an excellent choice as she had me try 4-5 adjustable beds to find the proper fit for me. Thank you for being so efficient.
