⭐ VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ROOMS TO GO! ⭐ I am extremely disappointed with Rooms To Go and their failure to honor what we were told about our furniture warranty. When we purchased our couch, we were specifically told that scratches would be covered under the warranty. That assurance played a part in our decision to make this purchase. Now that we have scratches on our couch and need the warranty coverage we were promised, Rooms To Go is telling us that scratches are NOT covered! How is this acceptable? Customers make purchasing decisions based on what they are told by sales representatives. If scratches were not covered, that should have been made clear to us BEFORE we purchased the furniture and warranty. It is extremely frustrating to be promised coverage at the time of purchase, only to be told something completely different when it is time to file a claim. A warranty is supposed to provide peace of mind, not leave customers feeling misled and taken advantage of. Rooms To Go needs to take responsibility for what its customers are told and stand behind its promises. We spent our hard-earned money believing we were protected, and now we are being denied the coverage we were promised. Based on this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with Rooms To Go and would urge anyone considering a purchase to get every warranty detail in writing before committing. Customer trust matters, and right now, Rooms To Go has lost mine. And I am not mentioning the name of the salesperson who sold me the warranty, because I believe she was also mislead by Rooms To Go.
