I went to the Room store today and the Sales people were pretty busy, but the manager Jessica came to the rescue and helped me with my purchase very quickly since my husband was there on crutches. She was wonderful to work with! I also want to give a shout out to Alex (he helps people get things into their cars among other things It was not a salesman ). He saw us on the floor struggling to find someone to help us with our purchase which included something that was on display. He immediately took the chair we wanted and got it all wrapped up and loaded it to our car while Jessica rung it up for us. I just wanted to say thanks to both of them for All their help! I will return back to the store because of their customer service skills!
