We had an excellent experience at Rooms To Go Patio in Sarasota. Vinny greeted us and was very friendly. Following our conversation, we took our time walking around the showroom independently and never felt pressured or hurried. This location has a good variety of outdoor furniture on display. It was easy to browse the outdoor sofa sets and look through the Sunbrella cushion fabric samples. Vinny is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions regarding the outdoor sofa and chair options, inclusions, features, and pricing. The check out process was quick and easy. We were offered zero-percent financing and there was no problem in extending our delivery date to accommodate our schedule. Vinny provides excellent customer service, and he continues to be hands-on after our purchase. He has a very positive attitude and patiently handled a change request over the phone, regarding the pillows. Afterwards, we saw a set of chaise lounge chairs on the RTG website. By the time we decided to order them they were no longer available online. I contacted Vinny and he took the initiative to escalate this request to his manager. Together they were able to find inventory for the discontinued items! Much appreciated!
