This has been an absolutely pathetic experience with Rooms To Go, right from our very first order. We ordered a recliner sofa, and it arrived defective — one of the recliners does not work at all. On top of that, the charger was completely missing. For a company that charges so much money, this level of negligence is unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was the extremely rude and unhelpful customer care. Instead of resolving the issue, they spoke arrogantly and showed zero concern for our problem. We paid a ton of money expecting quality furniture and professional service, but received broken products and horrible treatment instead. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no proper solution offered. I strongly do not recommend Rooms To Go to anyone. Save your time, money, and peace of mind — this company clearly does not value its customers

Wanted to give 5 stars for nice experience at the store and hassle free delivery. I had to deduct 2 stars for conveying my concerns to Rooms To Go Synchrony credit card. Instead of deducting amount for 55 monthly payment, whole amount of purchase was deducted from my bank account during first payment itself. Synchrony agreed on wrong deduction but offered me to pay back the amount through check instead of reversing the charges. To avoid the hassle of going to bank, I refused to accept check and allowed them to deduct whole amount. I am disappointed with Rooms to Go Synchrony team.
