Tay L. was the associate I dealt with, and I cannot say enough good things about his level of customer service. When I was trying to fit a sectional along a particular wall, Tay knew the measurements (off the top of his head) of each and every piece that I considered. It made finding the right configuration a breeze. On top of that, he came in on his day off to finalize the sale for me. What a great experience Tay provided. Thank you!
I am writing to share my recent experience with your store. Initially, I had a positive experience purchasing a $3000 couch with Ms. Yolanda. I later got a $300 store credit due to a price adjustment. However, when I returned to use that credit for a coffee table, the service failed significantly. After placing what I believed was an order with Yolanda, a month passed without any confirmation or updates. Upon calling the store, I discovered the order was never even entered. It appeared that because the transaction involved store credit rather than a new commission, my order was ignored. Thankfully, Renen stepped in last week and professionally handled the situation. While I appreciate Renen’s help, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of ethics and professionalism shown during my second visit.
