Update 1: Shared detail to the email according to response this review. I received a generic response to email. But no action to resolve the issues still. Original Post: My furniture was delivered with missing parts and damaged hardware. I contacted Rooms To Go to request replacements, but after more than a month, I still haven’t received any update. I’ve reached out multiple times with no success. The salesperson, Brian Martinez, provided his contact information at the time of purchase and said I could reach him for any issues with my order. I texted him as well, but never received a response. Based on my experience, once you make the payment, do not expect any help from them. If your order arrives without issues, you’re lucky. But if you need assistance for any reason, good luck getting support.
