I had a wonderful experience at Rooms To Go Alpharetta. The staff were all friendly. I was helped by Oliver Smith and he was fantastic to work with. He was easy going and knowledgeable. I had a unique room situation to try and fit my furniture in and he went above and beyond to help me figure it all out. He made the whole process easy and smooth. Highly recommend!
Update: After further communication with Rooms To Go, they agreed to take back the damaged sofas and allow me to replace them by paying the price difference. While the process was frustrating at first, I appreciate that they ultimately worked with me to resolve the issue. Originally review. Very disappointed with our experience with Rooms To Go. Poor quality furniture and terrible customer service. We purchased two sofas in June 2025 believing we were buying from a reputable company. Unfortunately, less than eight months later, both sofas have deteriorated badly. The fabric on the seating areas is extremely frayed and worn, making them look 15–20 years old instead of less than a year old. These sofas were used in a normal household living room by a family of three and were never subjected to heavy use, so this level of damage makes no sense. The quality is far below what we expected. We contacted customer service and a technician inspected the sofas, but when we followed up, a supervisor told us this was “normal wear and tear” and refused to help. We were open to a reasonable solution such as a replacement, but the company refused to stand behind their product. Very frustrating experience. I would strongly caution others before purchasing furniture from Rooms To Go.
