Deja - working out of the Buckhead location was absolutely amazing. Great service, warm personality, engaged me on multiple levels - without being too intrusive. Great Business Development professional - beyond a sales-person.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Rooms To Go. I went into the store, worked directly with a sales representative, and placed my order expecting to receive exactly what I selected and paid for. Instead, the delivery arrived with the WRONG items, including the wrong color and wrong style. Since the delivery, trying to get this corrected has been a nightmare. The sales representative who put the entire order together has not taken responsibility for fixing the issue. Every time I speak with her, the story changes, and management has failed to return my calls or properly follow up with me as an unsatisfied customer. It feels like there was plenty of attention given to completing the sale and earning the commission, but once the purchase was finalized and the furniture was delivered incorrectly, the customer service disappeared. I should not have to repeatedly call and chase down employees and managers to correct an order that Rooms To Go got wrong. I simply want the furniture I actually selected and paid for. The lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through has made this an extremely frustrating experience.
