We ordered a couch that was delivered broken. The replacement order was delayed and we had to reschedule our own plans multiple times. When it was finally delivered without a week of having a couch, they offered my girlfriend a $25 discount off of the $89 delivery fee - not even a full refund on the delivery fee for the inconvenience. They said this was their "corporate policy". When I called, I was offered an additional $25(so much for corporate policy). Because the account is under her name, they claimed "she accepted our offer so we are offering you the courtesy of an extra $25". I just want anyone to know the kind of "service" you can expect. They refuse to waive the full delivery fee and will try to take advantage of people to save a total of $39.

Service was awesome. We were greeted when we entered & allowed to just browse on our own & when we were ready the sales person helped us tremendously.
