I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Rooms To Go location in Buford, Georgia. I purchased a living room sectional after sitting on the floor model in the store. The showroom couch was very soft, cushioned, and comfortable. However, the sectional that was delivered to me is nothing like what was displayed in the store. The one delivered is extremely hard and uncomfortable, with a completely different feel and firmness. Initially, I had to pick the furniture up from the delivery center, and the legs would not screw on properly. Because of that issue, they arranged for a replacement delivery. Unfortunately, the replacement is still not the same quality or comfort as the showroom model. I even had neighbors go to the store and sit on the same couch model I selected, and they confirmed that what I received is not the same couch. It feels different and even appears to be made of different material. Either the wrong couch was delivered, or the product being sold does not match what is being represented in the store. I would never knowingly purchase a sofa this hard or uncomfortable. I am also very concerned about the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this location, because my experience—and the experiences of others I have personally spoken with—do not align with what is being posted. After reaching out to several people who have had similar issues, it’s clear I am not alone. More customers need to speak up and share their honest experiences. Based on what I’ve experienced, this feels misleading, and I am now exploring further action regarding these practices. I would not recommend purchasing furniture from this location.

The sales rep was friendly,knowledgeable and helpful. This made my experience easy and pleasurable.
