Mr. Bobby was a joy to work with A1 service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rooms To Go. My original bedroom set arrived damaged, and I was told I could exchange it, with a long delay for the replacement suddenly they were able to bring the set a month earlier without telling me. So When the new set was finally delivered, it also arrived in poor condition—damaged headboard lights, broken foot rails, and a mirror without working lights. On top of that, the dresser was completely missing!!!, and I was told it wouldn’t arrive until the end of July, over a month later. So now I have a even more damaged bed set and no dresser… I’ve contacted the store multiple times, but I’ve only been given the runaround and promised callbacks that never happened. The lack of communication, delays, and repeated delivery issues have been extremely frustrating. I expected much better service and quality, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Below are just a few photos of this “brand new set” hopefully when the dresser does come it’s not in poor condition as these.
