On December 22, 2025, I contacted the Rooms to Go store on Barrett Parkway to address a sofa that my wife and I purchased about 14 months ago. After two months, I noticed that the sofa was sinking to the bottom and becoming unstable. I tried placing foam replacement support underneath the bottom and comforters or plywood beneath it to give it a more stable foundation, but this made the sofa uncomfortable or too high or low. My wife and I are normal-sized people, not heavy, so I explained my options to the manager. We hold Rooms to Go accounts and have probably spent over $15,000 in that store over the past year or two. I thought the manager would be more apologetic and sincere, but he wasn’t. He didn’t address the problem or show gratitude. The only reason I was calling was because my wife had suggested that we try the store again, just to eat the loss and purchase a new set like we always do. The reason for this review is to express my disappointment. The manager “John” un compassionate condescending, and just talked about an extended warranty without empathizing to me enough for the inconvenience, or money wasted that we are left without and the furniture we brought was very cheaply made/ or defective if not something cut-rate that they’re marked up. Going forward, I recommend buying leather couches with spring-loaded, sturdy support instead of foam-padded removable seat cushions.

I want to shout out Karen Rose! She took her time with us to choose the right mattress!! She was amazing! She is very knowledgeable! She made us feel comfortable!

We had a very good visit with Paul today on our bedroom purchase!!
