The sales associate I wish I had gotten her name but she doesn't need to work there. I came in the store to get assistance with an order I was buying and to see it in store. She walked up and asked me if I needed help. I told her my order was online and having difficulty with the finance section ask well. Showed me the furniture and I asked questions about it then mid conversation she realized this was an online order and she walks away saying I can't help you. Call the online person I can't help you. Waving her hands. Leaving me standing there lost and confused. She then goes to resume her conversation with fellow employees as if I bothered her. YOU WALKED UP TO ME. If you didn't want to be bothered stay at home or don't walk up on no one. Management was called and nothing really was done from that end as well. I will not EVER shop this location or any location EVER. The manager could offer me the furniture for free after that I would not take it. If you want to be treated as if you are a nobody or you don't matter then this is your place. This location needs to go back thru customer service training or needs to be closed down. I think the later of the 2 is the better choice.
