I do not recommend shopping at the Rooms To Go in Newnan, GA. We bought a $4,150 Purple mattress using our Rooms To Go credit card on 6/3/2024. At the time of purchase, we were given a $300 credit to use at a later date. Our sales person was Leesa Marshall. We visited this Rooms To Go again on 5/22/2026 and purchased 2 dining room chairs using our Rooms To Go credit card. We inquired about the $300 credit and Tracey Tremble told us that Leesa Marshall put the $300 credit in wrong at the time of the mattress purchase. She assured us that the finance department could take care of it and once the chairs were delivered we would see the $300 credit applied on our statement. Clearly Leesa Marshall does not know how to do her job correctly and Tracey Tremble does not care about being dishonest with customers as long as she’s getting her commission. The dining room chairs were delivered on 7/2/2026 and we did not see the $300 credit. We called on 7/10/2026 and spoke to Rooms To Go customer care. The person said that he saw the $300 credit on our account but that it had been cancelled. He said that he would reach out to the Newnan store and someone from the store would call us. We never received a call. We called again today, 8/21/2026, and got through to a sales person at the Newnan store. She was extremely rude and could not be bothered to help us since we weren’t trying to buy anything. She transferred us to customer care. Customer care told us that when they called on 7/10/2026 the Newnan store said we did not have the $300 credit. The store never contacted us after we called on 7/10/2026 like we were told they were going to. We asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor, Yvette Valdez, told us the same thing. We asked for the call recording from 7/10/2026 to be pulled so that we could prove the customer care person told us that they could see the $300 account credit was cancelled and that we would be contacted by the store. She claimed it was not possible to pull the recording but that she would look into the credit for us. We have not heard back from her or the Newnan store.

If I could this store 0 stars, I would. My sales associate was great. She did everything she could in this situation, however, management is very careless. I should not have to call a store several times for updates on you all’s mistake when I am being given deadlines on when management will reach out and update me. They will say they’ll fix the problem and not only do they not fix it, they also do not care to communicate. This has been a terrible experience and I wish I had never shopped there to begin with. In store, I purchased a full size sleeper couch. When being delivered, the store brought the wrong couch (was not a sleeper at all) and a mattress that wouldn’t even fit the couch that I ordered. I had to call the store on 3 separate occasions for updates and none could be given. After the 3rd time calling, I was told that the couch that I bought, they don’t actually sell. The manager could not even call me back like he said he would to give me this update. So unprofessional and no customer should be treated this way.

We had the pleasure of working with Tracey Tremble. We came in with warranty issues, and left out believing that happy that we got the service that we actually payed for. We will be lifetime Rooms To Go customers. Tracey, thank you for your outstanding customer service, and helping up get the issues with our couch corrected!
