My poor rating is related to sales tactics used. We bought several pieces of furniture (sectional, dining room set, two bedroom sets) and asked multiple times about furniture being delivered on a specific date because of things we had going on. And everytime we asked we were assured it would be there on that date. We were told once we paid all they had to do was call the warehouse and it would be delivered one the date we asked. So we made payment and salesperson told us she would call us back the next day to confirm delivery was set up. Well we didn’t hear from her. We called into the showroom and someone took our info and said she would check on delivery and call us back that day, no response. We then spoke with a manager who said he would call and it should not be an issue to get all our pieces by the date we requested. Did not hear back from him. We called again and spoke with a different manager who informed us that there would be no possible way to get all the pieces in our original scheduled date. Our delivery was actually scheduled for a much later date than we asked for and after much arguing they split our order so we would get part of the order on the day we asked for but the rest would not come till a week later. We had to change a lot of our plans around to be able to accept delivery for all our pieces. Long story short, the sales person lied to us, was pretty unresponsive one we paid and got her commission. I will never buy anything from this location again and will never recommend this location to anyone.
