We just bought a $7500 floor model super nice couch with middle table, nice lamp, very nice 8x10 rug and rug mat with two side tables all inclusive out the door for $3000. They even tried to do tax free or drop price more for us to account the taxes but the system wouldn’t allow them bc it just went on sale that day. My wife and I have been very patient waiting on perfect deal and Rooms to Go made it so easy and Dianne Grantwatson was the best sales woman! She was so nice and sweet while also being honest with us about what the best deal for our money would be! I couldn’t be more happy for our long over due purchase!

Ava was wonderful to work with! As someone with a background in commissioned sales, I cannot stand an aggressive sales approach. That's not how I gain my clients, so that's never a treatment that I'll accept. I didn't even want to walk in the store the other day when we 1st looked for "the" couch, but my wife insisted, so on we went. Ava gave us a warm greeting, & allowed us time to make our entry. Not once was she pushy or aggressive. I cannot say the same for all sales associates there. When we went back today to purchase "the" couch from Ava, a gentleman was not-so-gentle in his approach, getting very much in my personal space before we could even get both feet in the door. He was met with a an equally pushy response from me, because balance is key. In a world of not-so-gentle folks, don't be that guy, be an Ava. She made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we 1st spoke. If that skill was available for puchase, she could bottle it up & sell it to you, with a smile. She actively listened to what we were truly needing & she delivered with a most-perfect option for our space. What a vibe it will be!
