BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a bedroom set and a mattress set from Rooms to go and while the Sales person Jalen was very nice. The policy that they is on the paperwork ( no one even tells you that it is on there) that you sing is a no return policy. GOTCHA......Let my mistake be a lesson to someone. My daughter chose a platform bed with a drawer at the foot of her bed. When we got the bed the delivery guy put the mattress and a box spring on the bed and its so high that she cant get in the bed. I called and talked to the manager he said that there is no refund they could exchange it will be 2 weeks before they can get an exchange to me. I offered to help and just send it all back and I will go somewhere else. Nope cant do that. NO RETURNS. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ROOMS TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their ordering system can be tricky to navigate, but Warren knew exactly how to work through it and made the whole experience so much easier for us.
