We had such a great experience at Rooms To Go and I wanted to leave a review for Renee Huff in Covington because she was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in, Renee was the perfect balance of helpful and low-pressure. She was not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. She gave my husband and me space to look around and talk, but she was always nearby and available when we had questions or needed help. We originally went in just to look at couches, and ended up purchasing two couches and an ottoman. While we were there, Renee also helped us find a new mattress that we were not even planning to buy, but definitely needed. It was a floor model marked down more than 50%, which made it an incredible deal. She really went above and beyond. She explained exactly what type of sheets we needed for that mattress, which we never would have known on our own, so we ordered those too. She also fitted us for new pillows and told us exactly what we needed and why. Another thing I really appreciated was how clear and helpful she was about the financing. She was able to tell us exactly what our monthly payment would be based on how many years we wanted to take to pay it off, and she was exactly right — no surprises at all. What really stood out was that she was still so helpful even after we got home and had more questions that evening. We did not even make the purchase until the next day, but she made the whole process feel easy and stress-free from beginning to end. We could not be happier with the experience. It honestly far exceeded my expectations. If you are shopping for furniture, definitely ask for Renee Huff when you go — she is wonderful!
