I purchased a sleeper sofa w/chaise sectional & chair from RTG that was delivered on 5/9/26. Immediately after delivery I noticed an issue with the chaise lounge. It was making very loud cracking noises when you sat on it. I contacted my sales rep immediately. She told me to contact customer service since I purchased the ext. warranty. I called same day but they were closed. I reached out to them Monday morning and they set up for a new one to be delivered. They also were going to have a tech come out and fix the chair because the lining was ripped. The new chaise was delivered with the same issue. I was offered to reselect another sofa, I went into the store 3 different times, plus spent hours online, and came up empty-handed. I decided to give them one more shot at a new chaise after they promised to have somebody take a look at it before it was delivered. While the new one was slightly better over the course of the weekend, it did start to make noise again. By this time the sleeper sofa is also starting to make the same noises. I have had the 3rd chaise for a month and 2 spots that are tufted on the cushions have popped up. One of the cushions on the sleeper sofa has already popped up as well. I have sat home for 3 Saturdays, total of 16 hrs, waiting on either delivery or service. I have been into the showroom 4 times. I have contacted customer care close to 10 times. Everyone has been polite, but all I want is to get my money back and return this $3220 defective set. I do not need any items for any other room so doing that is not an option. They want to give me back $250 after I asked to talk to management. That doesn't cover my time for deliveries, service call, store visits, or time on the phone. That's less than the delivery fee. They are willing to give me back my warranty money, but that means I have zero warranty on a couch that has already had 3 pieces replaced in less than 90 days. Over 3k for a couch, less than 90 days with issues is unacceptable.

Marlene Hawk was a great sales rep. She was not pushy she let me walk around and look and didn’t follow me. She was knowledgeable on the furniture I looked at. I will be back and go to her for purchases in the future
