My husband and I had the most amazing experience at Rooms to Go in Covington, Louisiana. The sales associate that helped us was Don Joseph, he spend a lot of time with us and was so knowledgeable about everything we considered purchasing, he didn’t pressure us at all and was happy to answer all our questions. We were there for awhile and at one point we left and went to lunch and came back and found him again. Don was so patient with our indecision, listening to our banter trying to decide what we wanted. He walked with us all over the hugh store and left us alone when necessary. We have been to other Rooms To Go and never had this kind of outstanding customer service. We will be back to this location even though it is not in the town we live in, because of the awsome service we received today, you have a LOYAL customer!
