Another update: RTG can’t provide a new table until April 21st!! That’s another 3 months!! Wasn’t even offered any type of compensation from management! PFU!! Don’t you think?? I’m making payments on a table I haven’t been able to use. You don’t offer anything to your customers because of all this inconvenience?? Update: To RTG credit they tried to make it right and delivered a new table. Problem is the same! The glass top does not fit the old or new table. The delivery men saw it very clearly as well and apologized and left with the new table. Obvious this is a problem with the glass measurements at the factory. Until you fix that I suspect you’ll have a-lot of complaints and returns. Still glass table topless in Murrells inlet! Where do we go from here RTG? I sent over pics again as requested. I still have the original table with glass that doesn’t fit. The table is unusable! Ordered 22k worth furniture from RTG. Delivery of furniture took awhile and that’s okay. My issue? We waited a long time for a glass top cocktail table that was delivered and looked fine. Upon closer examination I could see the glass top didn’t sit right in the table. I called same day to tell customer service and was told 3-5 days it should ship and call if we don’t get it by then. 10days go by, called and I’m told 45-90 day wait. So I’m sitting here with a crooked glass table top that I can’t use and guests notice it when they come over and ask.. what’s going on with this table it’s crooked. When I asked customer service to expedite the glass top for me I’m told maybe 45 days, wait another two weeks and call back if you don’t get a tracking number! Why deliver a table with glass that doesn’t fit properly? Quality control?? Come on RTG! Do Better!! I’m glass table topless in Murrells inlet and I’m not happy!! Please call me and make it right asap!
