We bought a set there. Was told if in 3 months the price goes down would get in house credit. Went today was told that it was only 60 days. And the set in the flyer showed it down 400 but did not specify power or manual. They stated that it was the manual one so we couldn't get the price difference. And that because we bought the manual recliner separately we couldn't get the price difference for the power sofa, loveseat and manual chair, which would have given us almost 500 in credit.
Everything went as planned! Although I will say, having a English speaking delivery crew member would be helpful!
If you go into the one at Southpark Meadows, ask for Leslie! She was helpful, kind, and not pushy at all. Let us browse and was great about just checking in when we happen to have questions. Made the process easy and painless. We will definitely come to see her next time we shop for anything.
