Whose mistake was it that they sent us the living room set incomplete, why lie to us and tell us the first time that they would send it to us within three or 5 days and then they tell us that it can take up to 3 months. They charged us quickly, and to deliver the missing item, which was their mistake, we have to wait forever, if they ever send it. I am very disappointed with the incomplete delivery and with this store. What a disappointment! I will have to look for a pillow that fits the space I have left and look for one that is similar to the color they have. 😔 (Original) Compré un juego de mueble que me lo llevaron el día 7 de este mes , el trato a la hora de comprarlo fue excelente y la entrega fue a tiempo, pero resulta ser que el juego de sala vino incompleto , le falta un almohadón, se tiró fotos y se llamó al momento de ver el faltante , nos dijeron que nos los mandarían de 3. 5 días , pasó esa fecha y al ver que no llegaba el almohadón se llama de nuevo al número que nos dejaron las personas que instalaron el juego de sala y cuando nos comunicamos nos dijeron que podía tardar al enviarnos el dichoso almohadón hasta tres meses ; mi pregunta es ? De quién fue el error de que el juego de sala nos los enviaran incompleto , porque mentirnos y decirnos la primera vez que nos los mandarían dentro de tres o 5 días y después nos dicen que pueden tardar hasta 3 meses. Para cobrarnos fue rápido y para entregarnos el faltante , que fue error de ellos , tenemos que esperar una eternidad, si es que algún día los mandan. Estoy muy decepcionada con la entrega incompleta y con esta tienda. Que decepción!!!!!! Tendré que buscar ahora un almohadón que se ajuste al espacio que me queda y buscarlo que se parezca al color que tienen .😔
