Seymour did a great job helping us and he his very kind I recommend people working with him!
I purchased the Magellan sofa & loveseat recliners. Within 2 weeks I noticed a separation of the sofa so much that I could see the floor and put my arm down the crack. My dog gets her legs caught in the crack so I have to put a comforter over it. They sent me a replacement but it immediately did the same thing.i was told this is a common issue with this type of sofa. If I’d known this I wouldn’t have bought it. I would give 1 star but the saleslady was very helpful and courteous when I first when in the store. July 26, 2026 I have changed my rating to 4 stars due to Room To Go Customer Service bending over backwards to help remedy my issue. After revisiting Rooms To Go, I have gained knowledge about the mechanics of my initial purchase and now understand it was not the sofa for me. i have a new recliner set that suits me perfectly. I had to pay an extra $1000 but that’s because I decided to get the matching recliner chair this time. Thank you Rooms To Go from Sedi who spent time with me, Tom who explained the mechanics behind recliner sets to Customer Service who graciously understood my delimma. I’ve been a customer for decades and I’ll continue to do so.
