⭐ **1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Warranty Service** I purchased a sofa from **Rooms To Go about 3 months ago**, and unfortunately, the sofa was damaged. I contacted customer service and submitted a warranty claim. Rooms To Go sent a technician to inspect the sofa, and I was told that it would be repaired. It has now been **more than 60 days**, and the repair still has not been completed. The latest response from customer service is that I may have to wait **up to 120 days** for the repair. This is completely unacceptable for a product that was purchased only a few months ago. I understand that repairs can sometimes take time, but waiting 2–4 months for a warranty repair with **little to no communication or meaningful updates from customer service** is extremely frustrating. The biggest issue is the **lack of proper customer support and follow-up**. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but I have not received a clear resolution or a reasonable timeline. I expected much better quality and service from Rooms To Go. Based on my experience, I would **not recommend Rooms To Go** if you expect reliable warranty support after your purchase. **Very disappointed with both the product and, especially, the warranty/customer service experience.**

We made a huge mistake purchasing all of our furniture from Rooms To Go. The delivery crews were careless, rude, and rushed through the process. Our rug was delivered after our sectional, and while placing it, the delivery crew shifted and misaligned the entire sectional. Rooms To Go now says they will send a technician to check whether the sectional’s connections are okay, but the technician will not move or properly reposition the furniture. That is absurd. I should not have to pay movers to rearrange furniture that their own delivery team messed up. The service in the store was just as disappointing. Once the sales associates made the sale, they acted as though they no longer knew us.

He was incredibly patient, thorough, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Ivan took the time to show us so many different options and really listened to what we were looking for. We actually went in thinking we were going to purchase a new bedroom set, but after looking at everything, we completely changed our minds and decided on a new couch instead! 😂 Ivan rolled with the change of plans like a pro and continued to help us find exactly what we wanted.
