Worst sales experience ever I went in the store at 5 PM and didn’t leave until after they closed. I originally dealt with a sales person by the name of Paul White Who was so helpful and originally added items to my card for future purchase I returned the next day and Mr. White was not available so I was greeted by Mr. Seymour Drummond after dealing with Seymour for about 20 minutes or so. I knew what I wanted and as I explained to him what I wanted, I stated that the items were already in my card after running my credit and getting approved Mr. Seymour starts to change my order around two from manual recliners to power recliners after stating to him that I did not want to see any wires that’s why I do not want powered recliners several times I explained that to him, and he insisted that I have them because they last longer after stating again that I do not want powered recliners then he tells me that I can’t qualify for the 45 months and unless I spend over $2500 so he adds the power recliners back to my order and then he adds a rug to my order that I did not agree upon then he goes and talks to the manager several times and before you know it, I’m in the store with my daughter after hours, she’s exhausted. I’m ready to go and they forced me into doing a deal and it was a worst experience ever and I’m gonna be returning all of this when in the past my experiences at Rooms To Go was always the best but this one was not.
He was an awesome great Mr. Seymour. He was great With us, he will be ourselves associate with, for now, when we come back to Rome to go And thank you, great customer service.
I had a wonderful experience working with Seymour at Rooms To Go. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly focused on helping me find the perfect bedroom set and Night Ice 3.0. (He went to the back and brung me a cooty free pillow to purchase 😂 insider) He took the time to explain all my options, answered every question with patience, and made the entire purchase process smooth and stress-free. I never felt pressured—just supported and confident in my decision. If you’re shopping for furniture and want someone who is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Seymour is your guy. I absolutely love my purchase and will definitely be back!
