Ivan was great, he helped me with all my furniture needs and was very informative
The WORST experience! Went in during Labor Day weekend. The sales person was decent at first. The worst customer service from what is supposed to be a man named Paul. 1. He implied we were dumb for not wanting to add insurance. “I’m lazy and smart, that’s why I have it”- Paul. We told him three times we did not want it and each time he said we did and we will. 2. We told him it’s fine if he tends to others while we look around. He smartly replied the rush is over. Letting us know we are the reason he missed out on helping others. 3. Paul refused to give us the cost of what delivery would be without any personal information. We decide to leave and that’s when Paul said “ you just wasted 4 hours of your time!!” Who talks to customers like that? We were definitely sold on that couch until Paul kept up his ridiculous sales act. We couldn’t have been more undeserving of his treatment. We left without speaking to anyone else. I saw other reviews with Paul’s behavior noted with the same sentiment. Leads me to believe this is regular behavior.
