*** UPDATE*** Rooms To Go made it right. Received a call from the manager who was willing to work with me to make it right. Although we didn’t get the items for the displayed price they still worked with us. Paul, the original sales person was exceptional and would definitely recommend him as your sales person if you visit the Allen Texas location. At no point do I believe any of the mix up was his fault. Overall we are pleased with our experience now that they made it right and will know rate it 5 Stars. Will be back if I’m in the need for more furniture! ******** If I could rate this place as Zero stars I would. Walked around with a Sales representative who was showing me all the clearance “show room” model furniture being sold. Found a coffee table and end table that I liked that was at a great price. I even asked why it was so cheap and they said it was a floor model being discontinued. Even inspected it for damage and only found the Allen head screws holding it together to be stripped but that was it. Told them I wanted it so went to check out. At this point I pulled to their loading area to load it up at which point the sales representative walked out and said I am truly sorry but we sold you the table at the wrong price, per his manager. That one of the other sales representatives put the wrong price tag on the tables. Again, I even asked why they were so cheap and he said they were clearing out floor models so we paid for them and went to where they said to load them expecting to get what we paid for except now they want to refund me my money. When asked why they wouldn’t honor “THEIR” mistake and give me what I paid for they just said they can’t. If they would have noticed they messed up before I paid for the items and went back to load, this would not be a problem but when I bought something expecting that item to be loaded and told they messed up, this is unacceptable. I also, purchased $3k in a mattress at the same time and have bought almost every piece of my furniture from them over the past 15 years. Highly disappointed in this place and their management team.

Matthew has been a great person to work with he has in depth knowledge of the products and is very transparent and seems to be genuine he has helped us select a large order and gave us awesome buying experience.

Very disappointing experience. I came in ready to purchase a sofa, but out of four employees, only one was helping customers while the other three were on their phones. No one approached me or offered assistance, so I left. I’ll just order my sofa online instead.
