He processed the purchase over the phone and then contacted the warehouse directly to have the recliner pulled for same night pickup. Everyone we dealt with was kind, but Bradford is the reason this came together. His compassion and effort allowed my father in law to sit in that recliner that very night with the biggest smile on his face.
