Only because there's not a zero stars. This is the second purchase from RTG Grapevine. I should have learned from the first, but alas, here I am disappointed again. The first time was a bedroom set. The dresser came badly damaged and I saw it before they left and refused it. They said they would bring another the following week. Well, they DID show up that day BUT they brought the very same dresser back so we refused that one also. We finally did get a good dresser. Surely lightening wouldn't strike twice. Right? Not so fast. Fast forward a couple of years to our 5,000 dollar living room set. (Two end tables, two table lamps, a floor lamp, a couch and a love seat. The delivery truck comes and both table lamps are scratched, the f Floor lamp is dented and scratched. The coffee/cocktail table has a chip out of the marble, one end table has a big gouge in the wood on the side. We had purchased insurance so all should be replaced right? So their customer care said the end tables were discontinued so WE would need to bring everything back and they would trade them for their floor models. The end table floor models were as bad as ours. They DID bring a new cocktail table to our House but it was worse than the first so they took it back and promised another. I went back to the Grapevine store and they marched the company line and was firm that we would need to bring the furniture back to them and select something else. I told them it's "ROOMS To Go. They have refused to offer any compensation even though I received what I would consider "seconds" furniture. If I were you, I would consider Nebraska Furniture Mart or Stacy's. That's what I intend to do from now on. Just as soon as I notify the Better Business Bureau.
