I was looking for a recliner and went to LA Z BOY furniture first. I saw a recliner that I liked, it was a display and on clearance. I was going to buy it, I had my RAV 4 backed up to the door ready to take it home. The salesman said that it would have to be sent to the warehouse so, that I can pick it up. I said, you’re sending this display to the warehouse to have me pick it up 5 days from now and he said yes. Then I tried at a different LA Z BOY store, same thing. I went across the street to Rooms To Go and found a nice, brand new, electric recliner and less expensive with a warranty and free lifetime leather conditioner. I picked this item up the same night from their warehouse at 20:00, this whole transaction, purchase and pick up, was in the vicinity of 1.25 hours. Through this whole process Anne Marie P. from the Grapevine, TX store took great care of me, I will be back. “Sorry, LA Z BOY, your loss.”

The sales associate, Aaron, was very kind and passionate about his job. I had many questions and his patience really showed as he answered every single one. He is a very charismatic person and we had a great time as he helped with our purchase. Aaron’s jokes were also very funny and he kept us smiling and laughing the whole time.
