What a great experience! I usually hate furniture shopping, but this was the first time I met such kind and genuinely caring associates. Jody helped us right away and asked us what my preferences were, what I’m looking for, and the reason for coming. She used all of that in mind to show us everything she thought I would like and let us view them without any rush. She spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and even helping measure the furniture to make sure it would all fit in the room. Jody made sure we knew her priority was that all her customers were satisfied and bought good quality furniture. I highly recommend if you need any help with furniture to ask for Jody Kalla.

Cheap crap, made to look nice. The frame bent and the power stopped working the day I got it. Tried getting it replaced from customer service and they refused, saying they would only have it fixed. I don't want my brand new $4500 couch fixed, I want it replaced- right? And both customer service people I called were incredibly unprofessional and rude. So I tried to return it and they said I couldn't.. I ended up having to call my salesman and he took care of it for me. Very nice guy. But the damage has already Been done. I had a brand new, broken couch in my living room for an entire week. Their two customer service people that spoke down to me need to go work a different job. Stay away from this store. I’ve spent over $100,000 since 2016 with NFM and never had any issues.

I truly cannot recommend this store and location enough. The impeccable sales service from Seng went above and beyond our expectations. We were so impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail, and how he truly understood our specific needs. We had visited several furniture stores, spending at least an hour looking in each one, and not finding what we needed. Rooms to Go honestly wasn’t on our list to see, but we made a last minute stop while we were nearby. Within 5 minutes, Seng had listened to our (pretty unique) specific qualities we were looking for, understood the functionality of what we needed, and had shown us the PERFECT bedframe that met every one of our requirements, and more. This was for our oldest dog (basically our child) to safely and comfortably get on and off of our bed. It was an extremely important purchase to us, probably more than most people see in a bedframe. The price point was more than the idea we had gone in with, but we knew this was worth it. It was well made, something we loved, and knew it would last us a very long time. Having a financing option was perfect, and we saved on delivery with the ability to pick it up ourselves too. We even found another piece we loved a lot that also met our unique needs for a great price. The quality is amazing, but the highlight truly was Seng. He made our purchase and decision so easy with his knowledge and attention to detail. He was very helpful, but not pushy, like some other stores made us feel. We really can’t even express how well he did in helping us find our perfect bedframe.
