The process was smooth, received our credit and walked out the door with new couches! No hassle, no pushing. Great customer service throughout the whole process.

The price displayed in the showroom was incorrect, and unfortunately, we were quoted that same incorrect price by the sales agent when placing the order. Later, when we checked our order confirmation, we noticed it showed a completely different table than the one we saw in the store. After looking into it further, we were told the displayed price was wrong and that they could not honor the price we were originally given. We had to cancel the order, and when we spoke to the manager, they insisted it was not their fault even though their own agent provided us with the incorrect pricing. They refused to sell the table at the displayed price. The entire situation felt very unprofessional. To make matters worse, we had to drive all the way back to The Colony just to get our refund, and the manager claimed there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this store based on the lack of accountability and poor customer service.
