I sometimes by the as is floor samples if they have color since 99% of rooms to go is bland neutrals. As a business owner, I've never seen a more ridiculous process then these people with buying floor samples and turning down money is crazy to me. The other rooms to go locations are eager for sales so I suggest going there. They claim you can't grab a lamp or a single small item to go, as it messes up the 'look'? If I took a picture of the 200$ item, you'd be like really? Removing that helps the look smh. And they want you to wait 5 days to pick up a grab and go item. Sticking with Arlington and LBJ locations. They tell you grab it and thank you. So does this location but only if they 'feel like it.' Crystal didnt feel like it tonight, even though manager last month personally came to me to thank me for purchases and said of course you can take the grab and go furniture.

I went into the Mesquite store on Sunday December 21,2025 and bought a living room set. I met Pilar Reusch, she was sweet and welcoming. Pilar was helpful, professional and patient in helping me decide what I really wanted. I was extremely happy with her service. I cannot wait to get my new living room set. I have been a customer of ROOMS TO GO since 2008 and have bought different pieces of furniture throughout the years. I love their high-quality furniture.
