We had a 3 yr warranty and with a sofa set living room and an extra recliner. One of the recliners electric stop working so it didn't recline anymore malfunctioned. The tech cam in for 1 minute looked at it and said he would order the electric switch that he said malfunctioned and would replace that switch. He then walked away and said we would get a call ba k from rooms to go. Then they called and said we would get credit back which we did and would replace them....long soty short this wax llama hook and bad business practices because at the end they Sai that their credit was lower and we winded up pay almost $800 cash out of our own pocket. Ridiculous Ridiculous Ridiculous!....and 1 week before Christmas too.....I Do Bit Recommenr Them At All! Go so.ewhere else....trust me
