He made sure we understood our options, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. My fiancee and I decided to upgrade our sofa to a very nice leather powered reclining sofa after moving in to our new apartment, however its been anything but nice. Our first couch I was delivered was damaged. Scuffs and tears on the leather, deep scratches on the buttons, and on top of it being hours late for delivery. Then ordered a replacement because we still loved the couch just want what we paid for, the second one came even worse. We were frustrated at that point, especially since customer support said all we could do was exchange it for credit towards a different sofa or another new one. And a refund wasn’t possible, So we decided we still wanted the one we had rather than searching for a whole new one. They told us they didn’t have anymore of that couch in stock and would have to wait over a month. And so we thought “there’s no way the send another damaged one if it’s not even in stock to deliver”, well here I am after receiving my 3rd replacement and it’s just as bad. So now I’m told I have to wait too see if it’s repairable and waste more time out of my day to be at home for the tech to “MAYBE” be able to fix it. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a companies shipping and handling in my life. I purchased the warranty for it but haven’t even needed it. At this rate I could just get a new damaged sofa till the 10 year warranty would’ve expired. If you want to buy something brand new, and it already look used, and is damaged upon arrival. You should go here.
