As soon as I parked you could see the staff threw the big windows they have and of course as soon as they saw my son get off the car and his hair they started to laugh😡 you could see it threw the big window how unprofessional!!So as we proceeded to entered the building no one greeted us or acknowledged us so we were walking around for like 10 min still no one and we decided to leave at that point an just so you know there was only like 1 couple inside this was the worst experience I ever had! I would not recommend this store with people laughing at you on how you look unprofessional!!!

This is in relation to a service and repair issue. Not with this store. Our power recliner stopped working. Contacted the service and was scheduled for a repair a week later. The technician came out said he didn’t have the part. He would back the next week. Ten days later I get a call from service telling me they had to order the part it would be 3-5 days and it would be delivered to my home. Then I would need to call the service and schedule an appointment. If they had to back order the part it would be up to 90 days. My wife and I are disabled and rely on the power to assist us on getting in and out of the chairs. The service department said there was nothing they could do. I will never use rooms to go again and never recommend them to anyone.
