We visited several furniture stores in the area, but Rooms to Go ended up having the best deal for our family. Our salesperson was David and he did a good job in taking care of us. We’re looking forward to having our furniture delivered. Update: our salesperson convinced me to purchase their extended warranty even though I initially refused. I agreed to purchase the warranty once our salesperson told me that the owner/management will go out of their way to take care of customers that have a warranty claims denied. We submitted a warranty claim and it was denied, so I called the store for the help I was told I would receive. And I was told there’s nothing they can do for me. We were lied to and our sofa didn’t last long at all.

I didn't like the employee telling us on more than one occasion "its a good deal" on other items trying to persuade us to purchase them. Very irritating

We purchased a mattress with adjustable base. Our salesman and the manager of the store honored a sale that was taking place 2 days after our purchase. They saved us $500.00 on our mattress/pillow purchases.
