I was greeted quickly when I entered the store by Mark Hunter-Reay. Marc was patient with me and showed me around and initially I gave a great review but overtime I changed my review because of two main things. First, Mark was adamant that my main concern of a pullout sofa starting to squeak overtime would be fixed under the warranty. He also told me he has not heard of anyone returning this particular sleeper sofa for that problem before. I told him my past experience with sleeper sofa pull outs and he was adamant that would be covered by the warranty if that happened to this sofa. so I bought the extra warranty. Which leads me to my second point. Overtime my sofa bed began to squeak louder and louder on it when you sat on it, as well as when you laid on it when it was pulled out. I had a rooms to go technician come out to inspect the sofa and she found the frame was faulty and needed to be replaced. I received an email later that said my warranty would not cover that issue. So I was lied to and now I have a squeaky pullout sofa with no coverage with the warranty I was sold.
